Heritage projects bring with them their own set of challenges, constraints and approvals, as well as historical research, budget constraints and understanding of certain obligations that must be met.

TPS has been involved in many heritage-based projects with a large proportion in Sydney’s The Rocks precinct. Our expertise and knowledge has allowed us to not only ensure timely completion, but also to deliver exceptional quality within budget. Having worked across varying projects from bridge restoration to facade remediation work, internal fit-outs, accessibility upgrades and everything in between, we understand the importance and respect that is required when working with heritage buildings.
